Return/Refund Policy


All New Items are covered with the Manufacturer Warranty, which generally is at least a 1-Year Warranty which covers both Parts and Labor.  If the order you received is not working properly, we will work with you to get in touch with the Manufacturer or Distributor to resolve any issue.

Beyond this we have a 30-day return policy on all New Items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Depending on the item, reason for the return, etc. all returns are subjected to a 25% Re-Stocking Fee, and any Shipping Costs will be deducted from the Refund Balance.  The Buyer will be responsible for any and all costs associated with returning an order to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package - and will include an RMA Number which must be noted on the Return Label. Items sent back to us without an RMA Number may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or made-to-order items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an RMA Number by calling us at (718) 230-5222 and then return the item you have.  Once the return is received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and let us know.  We will do everything to expedite the exchange process for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to a week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Unless other-wise stated in writing, all USED ITEMS are sold AS IS, and is not eligible for a Return or Refund.  However, all USED ITEMS are sold with a 30-Day Warranty (Parts Only) to ensure your purchase operates as originally intended.  Upon Request, we will connect your purchase and demonstrate its performance in a Video or Video Call prior to Shipping.
