Equipment Stands

Equipment Stands are used to place cooking units on so that the units are at working depth - meaning they are typically 24" tall - and have an edge around 3 sides to prevent cooking units from slipping off the surface.  The most common Equipment Stands are Stainless Steel tops with galvanize under-shelf and legs.  However, Equipment Stands are also available in All-Stainless and/or Removable Cross Bar configurations.
