Commercial Cooking

Cooking Equipment spans a wide variety of different items, to include Ranges, Griddles, Deep Fryers, Char Broilers, Hot Plates, Stock Pot Stoves, Inductions, etc.  Cooking Equipment comes in a number of types to include Electric, NG, or LP.  Gas Type of Equipment is highly recommended, if at all possible, as they are not only less expensive to purchase, but quite often more economical to use in the long term.  With less points of failure, Gas units also tend to require less service and maintenance over the life span of the equipment.
